Ubajee Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits

Ubajee accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two primary mobile financial services used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

  • Deposits are credited to your Ubajee account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Ubajee does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Only deposit from a mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • Ubajee reserves the right to reverse deposits made using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Ubajee are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and ensure funds reach the correct person. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
  • Ubajee may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
  • Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name will not be processed.
  • Ubajee reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
  • Any winnings generated through the use of exploits, bugs, or prohibited software will be voided.
Processing Times

Most withdrawals are processed same-day. During peak periods or when additional verification is required, processing may take up to 48 hours. We'll notify you if there's any delay on your request.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Ubajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, voucher codes, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

  • All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion page.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first; bonus funds are used once real money balance reaches zero.
  • Ubajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
  • Voucher codes must be entered at the time of deposit. Retroactive application of voucher codes is not possible.
Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements mean you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x requirement means you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing. Check each promotion for its specific requirement.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Ubajee platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by Ubajee, the game provider, or any player. We publish verified Return to Player (RTP) figures for every game in our library.

  • Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes based on personal expectations of outcome will not be considered.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Ubajee platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated this way will be voided.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
  • Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Ubajee staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Ubajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — situations where a player has breached these Terms, where fraud is suspected, or where account activity raises concerns about player welfare.
